Dr. KC Lau provides primary eye and contact lens examinations. He is Glaucoma certified and is able to diagnose, treat, and manage general diseases of the eye and is licensed in the use of therapeutic and pharmacological agents.

Dr. Lau is a 1995 graduate of the University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA in 1999. Dr. Lau also completed a residency program in Primary Eye Care / Geriatric Optometry at the West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Brentwood Division, Los Angeles, CA. She completed her residency in 2015 at Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center in Long Beach, CA specializing in Low Vision Rehabilitation and Primary Eye Care.

She has worked in private practice, corporate optometry, and in ophthalmology. She was also involved in clinical research where she helped develop new medications for glaucoma and dry eye disease. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Society, and was the treasurer for the Orange County Optometric Society for 10 years.

Dr. Cao graduated from University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to graduate from Pacific University College of Optometry with a Doctorate of Optometry. She received extensive training at the Fresno VA Medical Center and San Diego Naval Medical Center providing care for active duty and veterans. At Davis Eyecare, she was trained under Dr. Robert Davis in specialty contact lenses, including sclerals, hybrids, and orthokeratology lenses. She then went on to train at Tayani Institute under ophthalmologists who specialized in oculoplastics, glaucoma, cornea, and retina.

As a student she helped provide eye exams to those lacking access to health care through mission work in Belize. She graduated with her doctorate of optometry in 2014 as a member of Beta Sigma Kappa’s honor society. During her residency, Dr. Vivirito was privileged to serve veterans with visual impairments and legal blindness. Serving veterans will always remain a close cause to her heart. Dr. Davis grew up in Orange County and was awarded Chapman University’s Presidential Scholarship. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology and graduated with honors. She graduated from Southern California College of Optometry and received a VSP scholarship.
